This has always been a must stop when visiting the Philly area. The quality of food is great! I had not visited in a couple of years and was presently surprised that they had also gone through a renovation, now it has a more modern, light, and airy feel. We celebrated my sushi daughter’s birthday here and even she, as a teenager, loved the place and had already asked to go back. The service was great as well, everyone was super friendly. We tried a little bit of everything and it was all great, they even had hibachi style dinner for those who do not like sushi. My husband had their chicken teriyaki, it came served on a hot plate and he said it was well flavored, hot and he would order it again.

everything about this place is perfect. Calm, clean and quiet atmosphere. Adequate parking. Kind and attentive service. i decided to taste sashimi for the first time and it was so fresh. quality of all the food is excellent, and of course BYOB is a plus . I came here for my birthday and wasn’t disappointed. I also appreciate them entertaining my request to have my rolls in the shape of a 34. one of the owners came to the table to say hello and thanked me for coming; that meant a lot to me. I’ll certainly be back!

Woojung Sushi is a family-run Japanese restaurant and sushi bar. They are located on Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. My brother and I stopped by this afternoon, and everything was enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious, and our server was kind and attentive. We decided to order the chef combination platter. It includes miso soup(2), ginger salads(2), seaweed salad, sushi rolls(4), and chef-selected sushi(10). Best bang for your buck on the menu! Pickup and delivery are both available. BYOB.
